What’s Not Covered

We at Joseph Jacob Jewelers are not obliged to repair or replace materials resulting from excessing or abusive treatment of merchandise other than normal wear and tear. The Lifetime Service Place does not cover, included but not limited to: The loss or theft or damage resulting from misuse or abuse. You must perform all maintenance on the merchandise required to maintain them in usable wearable condition. The plan does not cover damage resulting from failure to comply with recommended services or required maintenance. Watches are only covered under manufacturers warrant

Required Maintenance

All merchandise are required to have a signed inspection every six months to make sure they are in usable and wearable condition. Warranty will only be valid with regular inspection.
