For loose lab-grown diamonds, we offer a dedicated Price Match Guarantee. If you find an identical, in-stock diamond from another U.S.-based retailer, we will match the price.

To request a price match, simply:

· Visit us in-store or contact customer service

· Provide the competitor’s listing or link

· Our team will verify key details including the certificate number, carat weight, cut, and color

· Conditions: The diamond must be in-stock, certified, and offered by a legitimate U.S.-based retailer (excluding pawn shops, auctions, or non-verifiable sellers).

· Like-for-Like Matching: Jewelry items must be identical or closely comparable in materials, specifications, and quality.

· Exclusions: Special promotions, bundles, rebates, clearance items, and competitor coupons cannot be combined with price match offers.
