Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

All orders ship overnight:

• Orders over $500 — free overnight shipping.
• Orders under $500 — a flat $30, overnight.

Carriers, Insurance & Security

Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Every shipment is fully insured while in transit at no additional cost. A signature may be required upon delivery, and all packages are shipped discreetly for your security.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order — follow yours anytime using "Track an Order" in your account.

Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces

Custom and made-to-order jewelry typically takes up to 2 weeks to craft. Overnight delivery applies once your piece ships.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available at all Joseph Jacob Jewelers locations. Choose your store at checkout and we'll let you know when your order is ready.
